Management Trainee
Qualifications
* Master Degree major in Electrical Engineering, Information Technology or Telecommunication from reputable university with minimum GPA 2,75
* Fresh Graduates or have less than 1 year working experience are encourage to apply Proficiency in English is a must and Mandarin language will be an advantage
* Male or Female with age below 30 years old
* Ready to be trained overseas
* Willing to learn and to be trained in telecommunication industry
* Be able to communicate and cooperate well with others, continuous improvement orientation, a strong sense of responsibilities
* Team player with strong analytical and problem solving skills
* Training opportunity in ZTE, China Mainland for 3-6 months.

Job Requirements
* Fresh graduates;
* Master of Arts in English professional language, British and American literature, journalism, mass communication, or other relevant professional English;
* Works successfully published in the social media;
* Have certain experience in cross-cultural integration;
* Willing to accept the six months to a year internship at Headquarters (Shenzhen, China) ;
* Familiar with communications industry in China, or have a strong interest in those are advantages;
* English native speakers and Chinese are priority;
Job Description
* Participate in “ZTE” English newspaper layout planning, information gathering, interviews and news writing, etc.;
* Responsible for the formation of foreign correspondents and daily operation;
* Planning and manage their respective Overseas Marketing Division;
* Expand the overseas part-time corps;
* Responsible for delivering the corporate culture to the overseas representative office;
* Assist overseas representative offices to carry out cross-cultural activities such as seminars and training.
