HR Officer
Responsibilities:
* Run Personel Administration at divisional level basis
* Run Recruitment Process
* Run Training and Development coordination
* To Prepare Compensatition and Benefit data
Requirements:
* Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Human Resource Management, Psychology, Law or equivalent.
* Required skill(s): Personal Administration, Recruitment, Training and Development.
* Preferred skill(s): Compensation and Benefit.
* Required language(s): English, Bahasa Indonesia
* At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
* Applicants must be willing to work in Batu Hijau (Sumbawa Barat), NTB.
* Preferably Senior Staffs specializing in Human Resources or equivalent.
* Full-Time positions available.
