Job Specification
* Department: Logistics and Parts Complementation
* Working Location: Jakarta
Job Description
* Make logistics calendar every month
* Process all parts import order, Knock Down and Individual Part Order parts coming from NML, SNA, NCIC, Renault, Saint Gobain, BOSCH, spare parts and CBU
* Process sub component parts for PCC export
* Process additional order for import parts DOM & PCC export
* Control and monitor Estimate Time Delivery/Estimate Time Departure for the parts
* Control and monitor NML, SNA both NMI & NMDI parts, and CBU freight cost
* Control and monitor SNA, NML, Renault both NMI & NMDI parts, and CBU payment
* Control purchase order for all KD & IPO both NMI & NMDI parts, and CBU into MOVEX system and inform PO number to related department
* Prepare CKD and CBU monthly report, logistics report, inventory report (for RENAULT only)
* Delivery keeping ratio report
* To optimized adoption of “KD allocation system”
* To monitor good inventory control for multisourcing and IPO parts
Requirements
* Hold Bachelor degree from reputable university, major in Industrial Engineering, with GPA min 3.00 out of 4.00
* Has 1 year experience in similar field
* Age between 25-35 years old.
* Fluent in English both oral and written.
* Has interest in automotive
* Has high analysis skill, good interpersonal relationship, communication skill, & able to work as team.
* Fast learner, hard working, can work under pressure, available to work overtime, and discipline.

* Control development with suppliers
* Confirm local spec can be adopted which is contribute for cost reduction
* Confirm adoption timing as scheduled
* Monitor quality of local part developed at initial stage
* Analyze and take countermeasure of concern parts related to quality and design
Requirements
* Hold Bachelor degree from reputable university, major in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, with GPA min 3.00 out of 4.00
* Preferably fresh graduate (maximal 1 year experience, preferable from similar industry)
* Single, age between 22-24 years old.
* Understand automotive parts
* Can read technical drawing
* Fluent in English is a must, both oral and written.
* Have high analysis skill, good negotiation & interpersonal skill, communicative, can work under pressure, able to adapt easily.
* Willing to hard work until late (over time) to finishing the job

Technical Support Assistant Manager (Code: TSAM)
Responsibilities
* Coordinating technical support team
* Preparing budget and action plan for technical support section
* Collecting and analyzing technical problems for Plant, NML, SNA, Suppliers and Customers, and take immediate response to solve the problem
* Explaining the cause of problems to Customers based on technical investigation
* Supporting warranty section to judge warranty claim
* Controlling, monitoring, and establish technical service bulletin
* Visiting dealer if necessary
* Preparing monthly report of technical support section
Requirements
* Bachelor degree from reputable university, major in Engineering.
* Has experience more than 2 years in similar field, preferably from automotive company
* Male, 25-35 years old.
* Fluent in English both oral and written.
* Has interest in automotive
* Has good knowledge on Technical Automotive, analytical thinking, numerical ability, and logic of verbal
* Has good interpersonal relationship, communication skill, & able to work as team.
* Fast learner, hard working, can work under pressure, available to work overtime, and discipline.
* Willing to travel.
* Has driving license.
