Branch Manager

Responsibilities:

* To ensure leadership in directing and managing all branch employees
* To ensure employees in providing excellent services in accordance to Core Values
* To ensure budget goals are met (asset growth, funding, lending)
* To ensure compliance with all banking laws and regulations

Requirements:

* Male/Female, with max age 35 years old
* Bachelor degree of any disciplines from reputable university
* Have minimum 5 years experience as a Branch Manager in a Bank or more than 5 years as Team Leader
* Experienced in operational banking & understand Risk Management of Branch
* Have broad network relation with good quality Customer base ( Funding & Lending )
* Responsible in achieving the work plan and able to motivate the team
* Possess Certificate from BSMR (Badan Sertifikasi Manajemen Resiko)
* Able to work under presure
* Strong sales capability
* Must have strong leadership and practical management
* Excellent ability to write and communicate both in English and Bahasa Indonesia
