Trainer
Requirements:
* Male/Female, max 30 years old
* Min S1 from reputable university, preferable from Communication, Psychology, or Human Resources management
* Experience min.2 years in the same field (in retail company would be an advantage)
* Have an excellent experience and also able in developing and conducting customer service/ selling training
* Have experience in selling would be an advantage
* Fluent in English
* Understand competency based training
* Able to make yearly training plan
* Able to use several tools to evaluate training
* Able to conduct/delivering training with various method
* Able to make or develop training module
* Excellent communication and presentation skill
