Mouse was Dead on arrival. No help from Kensingtons wtibsee. It looks like there is a little reset button on the inside to resync it, but no way to know how to use it. the instructions were on a piece of about 1.5 x 2 paper and effectively communicated the fact that the scroll wheel will glow red when the batteries are running out. (and nothing else) All in all, this mouse is a complete waste of time, i should have heeded my instincts and purchased a logitech nano. I already have two for work and i am quite happy with them) rather than purchasing this one in an attempt to save a few bucks. I cannot comment on how it performs (as it didn’t) but i can say that the plastics seem significantly cheaper than the microsoft mice or the Logitech mice.
